I’m currently using “Folder Guide” and this looked to be a better alternative, unfortunately I keep getting this error message:

Unable to start a critical component.
Please ensure that MyFolders is properly installed.
[Internal error message= "The requested operation requires elevation".]

Reinstalling and running as administrator didn’t help.

    Using Vista SP2

I’ve been using a program called “shockbookmark” for years now. Doesn’t seem to be any recent developement but it allows easy access to folders via context menu as well as “copy to” and “move to” functions to previously configured destinations. http://www.docs.kr/entry/Download-Shock-Bookmark-en

Thank you for this review Samer.

MyFolders is now installed and running smoothly on W7 SP1.

I already had Send to and Copy to folder functions via another shell extension, (that I’ll be uninstalling). The Go to folder function is a welcome addition.
