    This tray minimize feature is available in Outlook already. Open up Outlook, right-click on the tray icon that appears with it, and select “Hide When Minimized”. I’ve used it in both 2003 and 2007 for years.

    Yes, but you do not have the create new feature. And notice the software was last updated in 2002.

    Last version is not 1.0.18 (2002 !) but a beta version (2006 !)
