I'm using taekwindow http://taekwindow.sourceforge.net/
which also gives me a scroll-under-the-cursor functionality

Quite nice. It only uses 2.5MB memory on my system. It's also portable, which I like. Thanks!

alt+left click is a very bad idea: it's useless for anybody who uses any image editing software (Photoshop, etc) professionally, the alt key being a frequent tool modifier.

no multimonitor support is a show stopper these days.

also, 6 megs is not reasonable for such limited functionality.

Taekwindow (http://taekwindow.sourceforge.net/) blows this dead in the water, without breaking a sweat: more functions, including the God sent "scroll window under mouse" feature, and with only 3 megs on my 4Gb RAM system.

AltDrag = Same functionality - much memory usage

It's showing at under 1.5MB for me at the moment. Plenty customizable too.

winmover offers the same functionality and the possibility to minimize and maximize windows. It also requires less memory.

Why is this listed under web development?

This program might work on Windows 7 but Windows 7 already has a basic system in place. Drag the title bar to the top of the screen and it will maximise the window. Drag it to the side of the screen and it will maximise the height and set the windows width to half of the screen.

BTW sorry I've not got back to you yet on other matters but my work load has sky rocketed.
