There's also this for managing hotkeys (though I don't think it checks which are already active)

I was searching for long times for such a software.
However I can't find out which application uses a global hotkey.
Isn't this possible?

I looked for something like this a few months ago, and found a blog post that explained why discovering which application has registered which hotkey is impossible: they're stored in RAM, and you can't search RAM. ActiveHotkeys finds out which are registered by testing all of them (testing to see whether they are available or not, but not actually sending them - an inventive solution to the problem). It will never be able to tell you which application has registered which hotkey; however, you can discover which hotkeys a specific application registers by testing with ActiveHotkeys before starting your app, saving a report, then testing again with the app running. As far as I know, that's as much as you're going to get out of Windows.

There's a simple reason why it didn't find your Win + arrow key hotkeys: it doesn't test the arrow keys (you can see all of the keys on the "Key Groups" tab). I wouldn't call the app's reliability into question because of that.

Thank you so much for pointing this out, Samer..
