It doesn't really beat games like RuneScape, though, because Quake Live doesn't allow you to host private matches or easily chat within the game window. I also notice Quake Live requires a fairly fast internet connection and a somewhat powerful PC. (Your EEE PC probably couldn't handle it.) Then again, it's currently only a Windows installer. It isn't a very portable game. Great game, actually.
