To install ofline it requires installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, and there is only help if you are online.

I uploaded the FREEWARE version that I tested above. Look under “Compatibility”. Once the freeware version is installed, make sure to disable automatic updates.

You’re right I did not read the web page. This is because I used IE7 when I visited that page, and guess what… all the text on the page does not show in that browser, so I assumed that their site was a work in progress (it did not occur to me to try Firefox). In any case I modified the bits of the post above that needed fixing.

Writer didn’t seem to read the web page he provided, Vista is supported, .NET is used, and multiple monitors are supported:
“MaxTo is light-weight, and works on both 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista. The .NET framework version 2.0 or higher is required (preinstalled on Windows Vista).”

It does support multi monitor. I found this program a few weeks ago and use it on my two work monitors. Great little app.
