TidyFavorites has been upgraded to v3.82 and has more features than this original article. I am a loyal user, I do not profit or gain in any way from the success of TidyFavorites, but just thought I would let everyone know it is even better than ever now.

Bookmarks sync, compatible with Firefox, IE7&8, Chrome, and a few others. Check it out.

As an alternative bookmark manager is Advanced URL Catalog which is compatible with all browsers.

I was going to ask about the ability of Importing existing bookmarks. And that was already answered above. There is no such thing.
Thanks for the hint.
In this case the Software is useless for me despite any number of attractive features advertised.
I’ll wait for that to be implemented. It is impossible to re-visit all sites in order to create alleged “more convenient way of using bookmarks”
…just curiouse…why that big ad was repeated like five times

Part of the cross-browser ability is that it’s an actual application that sits in the tray rather than a browser plugin.

A neat concept, but the show-stopper for me is that there is no synchronization or import ability for your existing browser bookmarks.

Secondarily, I often add bookmarks by right-clicking links that I’d like to read later. There’s no way to get those links into Tidy Favorites.

Works with Opera, too. It’s original and useful but that huge logo at the top left is a breaker for me.

I’ve been unhappy with my bookmarks and how they’re organised lately. As a web development tester, I have to test in multiple browsers, so the automatic replication is very much useful.

Does this work with k-meleon also? I’ve been looking for a bookmark manager that would work between all the popular browsers, my favorites being firefox and k-meleon.
