It's made in Assembly, so it's only 40 kb! This little app does one thing only: Changes folder icons to your own icons, but it does it in such a way, that the changes are persistent. You can burn the folders, or use it to customize your portable usb drive folders, and your icons are kept! Very, very simple to use! Been using it literally for years! This is a great program if you want your icons totally messed up,at least that's what it's done to mine!!! IconX used to be sharware but is now freeware. The author provides a free registration key in the readme (username=anonymous, Regcode=CFUC-20004919).
