I is available in many languages, that fact alone tells a lot, about how much it is highly valued by those who know it. I encourage you to make a review of this freeware, which deserves 5 Stars. It has everything you'd ever want in a launcher and more.. it's free, and extremely customizable and a great GUI. I think the main difference between this one and SideSlide is that you can make the dock as big as you want it to be and aren't limited by size and position I personally like SideSlide (just google it).
