I had used JRMJ for a while, but it felt somehow bulky though very useful. Media Monkey is preferred for now.

Why would they give it out for free? Hidden motive or just trying to gain market share for the next release?

I tried this after reading this post. I told it to import my music folder. It listed a lot of the tracks twice and for a folder where only one track had cover art it used that cover art for every track in the folder. It feels very rough and unfinished. I will personally stick with Mediamonkey on my desktop and QMP on my laptop.

I just read about this a couple of days ago.. it was recommended by quite a few on a forum that I had come across. The only deterrent was its price. Now that it has become freeware, I shall definitely give it a try, especially since Media Monkey failed to impress me much.

Media Monkey's tagging is a lot better than Jukebox. I like the overall feel of Monkey. And the way it plays.
