Hi Samer,
tow Weeks ago I found accidentally your test description, sounds good thanks.
As I'm always interested in feature wishes of MP3-Check, I tried to find time for implantation of yours. Today the version 1.0.26.0 is published, so now you can leave the bit rate fields blank and you have the ability to right click on the result and use your configured MP3 Tools.
So my be you like to renew your test and add some wishes.

Have Fun

I can't download this. I click the link which takes me to a download link. That link takes me to a TOS which I accept. Then I click the continue button which downloads the file " index.html ".

I've tried this on Vista 64bit (.Net 3.0)... couldn't get it too work though, it crashes as soon as it opens, the website lacks a community and a quick search on Google didn't give any answers either.
