That, and you do have to install TweakUI. You can easily add TweakUI to the Control Panel by running the program found here- http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/xp_addtweak.htm Yeah, Microsoft’s TweakUI does most of this, unless you REALLY need the drag&drop that doesn’t seem to work properly in this program.
