Transfz does not contain malware. The problem, though, is that Transfz is written in AutoIt which is an interpreted language. this causes some malware scanners to produce a false positive. There's a description of the general problem here:

Transfz does not contain malware. Some malware scanners produce a false positive. The
reason is that Transfz is programmed with AutoIt which is an
interpreted programming language - some antivirus programs detect this wrongly as if programs made with AutoIt contain viruses or trojans.
Please read: http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=34658
for a description of the problem..

Transfz has more features, but I really like using ClipX. It is mostly a clipboard manager but it can also navigate to URLs that you're copied in memory with a hotkey and also search Google. The reason I would recommend it over Transfz though is that it is lightweight uses very little memory. Usually less than 1MB.
