		<description>You should consider QuickNote (just google it). Very powerful &quot;text collector&quot;. It has a nice &quot;hote zone&quot; where it pops up when you move your cursor over it. Some annonying features... Wierd file storage scheme. And wierd numbering of files. But it&#039;s about as quick as a text retrieval system I&#039;ve seen. I&#039;d like to see a side by side comparison of the 2. Other than QuickNote (and before this offering) I&#039;ve not seen any other text popups.</description>
