Its always had a small side audience, and those that use it enjoy it. LiberTV offers good quality and download speeds. On the subject of legality, it seems everything is illegal on the internet or... just too damn expensive. I would really like it if for once the entertainment world would charge us realitic fees instead of the most they can make out of us. If this was the case, I would gladly pay my way. Its all too tempting to use Liber or BitTorrent compared to paying 1 dollar a song download for example. Liber TV is not dead OAlexander.
