Trying to salvage data AFTER accidently deleting files may not always work if those files are overwritten and the last backups don't reflect modifications made since. I wonder if in fact the program you downloaded, used, and paid for is not "undelete plus" but something else perhaps? Undelete Plus is free as in 100% free as far as I know. The version I tested for this review (2.2) was 100% free, and the version I just downloaded after your comment is also free; I tested this one (v.2.94) and was able to recover deleted files no problem, no payment requested.
