I guess now that the holiday season is upon us, we can count on the proliferation of those, ahem, cute flash greeting cards that everybody will be sending. With Apecsoft SWF2EXE you can convert your swf files into standalone exeutables; no need for browser or flash player.
This tool is small, simple, straightforward, and no-frills. Its also impressively fast!

In my opinion this is totally pointless. The ‘EXE’ that is spoken of, is none other than a Flash Projector file, which can be created using Flash 8 anyway. So what IS the point?
