Ever had a file or folder refuse to be deleted or renamed? This most likely happens because another program or process is still in memory and still accessing that file or folder.

Unlocker is a nifty utility that enables you to “unlock” files or folders that are being held by other processes and is easily accessed in the context menu through a simple right click.

    Hello,

    I work for a healthcare company that utilizes numerous apps. One app in particular has a corrupted file and is taking our IT forever to remove. I am wondering if this tool can help and how do I get it. Also, will it affect anything else on the server.
